DANIEL BOULUD GOES FARM TO TABLE IN MIAMI

A two-hour drive, approximately 77 miles away from db Bistro Moderne, brought us to Loxahatchee, Florida. Narrow paths and a turn on D Road led us to Swank Farm, land of local produce owned and run by Jodie and Darren Swank.

That is where Chef Daniel Boulud took over being well…Chef Daniel Boulud.
